Summer means US daylight time, from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. India does not change its clocks, so the gap shifts by an hour twice a year. Arizona (except the Navajo Nation) stays on Mountain Standard Time all year.

We agree a fixed daily overlap window with your team at kickoff, keep every decision written down in your tracker, and demo working software every sprint, so progress never depends on both sides being online at once. The time difference also means work moves forward while your team is offline.
India is 9h 30m ahead of US Eastern time in summer and 10h 30m ahead in winter, and 12h 30m to 13h 30m ahead of Pacific time. Our standard overlap is 8:00–11:00 AM Eastern, which is 5:30–8:30 PM IST in summer and 6:30–9:30 PM IST in winter. For West Coast teams we usually meet at 8:00–9:00 AM Pacific (8:30–9:30 PM IST in summer) and handle the rest asynchronously.
You do. Under our standard terms, everything we create for you is owned by you once it has been paid for in full, unless the contract says otherwise. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share project details, and we are happy to work from your own MSA, NDA or statement-of-work templates.
We build to the privacy requirements that apply to your data and design for them from the start. The US has no single federal privacy law: California's CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, and a growing number of other state laws apply depending on whose data you process, and sector rules such as HIPAA cover health information. We implement what those rules need in software — data minimisation, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, and tooling for access and deletion requests. We hold no privacy certifications and do not give legal advice, so your counsel should confirm which laws apply to you.
Yes. Quotes and invoices are in USD and are issued by ESPARKS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in India. Larger projects are billed against milestones, and invoices are due within 30 days unless your contract says otherwise.
Yes. We deploy to the cloud provider and region you choose — for example an AWS, Azure or Google Cloud region in the US — so production data can stay in the United States while the team works from India. Where the work does not need production data, we develop and test against anonymised or synthetic data.
No. We are based in India and work with US clients remotely, over video calls, shared trackers and written updates. Contracts are with our Indian company, ESPARKS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
