Monday to Friday, matching the UAE week the federal government adopted in January 2022, which many private companies also follow. Our hours are 3 PM–12 AM IST, which is 1:30–10:30 PM GST, so we overlap your afternoon; because neither country uses daylight saving the overlap is the same all year.

Yes. Quotes and invoices are in AED or USD and are issued by ESPARKS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in India. Larger projects are billed against milestones, and invoices are due within 30 days unless your contract says otherwise.
You do. Under our standard terms, everything we create for you is owned by you once it has been paid for in full, unless the contract says otherwise. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share project details, and we are happy to work from your own MSA, NDA or statement-of-work templates.
No. We are based in India and work with UAE clients remotely; the 1h 30m time difference makes same-day collaboration straightforward. Contracts are with our Indian company, ESPARKS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
